Senior leaders
Evidence shows that senior leaders who promote and encourage a positive approach to mental health at work have the best outcomes
Leading for Good Mental Health is our workshop for senior leaders and executive teams. It provides key information on mental health in the workplace as well as practical strategies for improving it.
Managers
Managers are often seen as the ‘gatekeepers’ of wellbeing. Knowing their team members, what keeps them engaged and what ‘good’ looks like for them. This helps managers recognise when members of their team might need extra support.
Our training session, Managing for Good Mental Health, gives managers the confidence, skills and knowledge to manage mental health in their teams.
Our course, Connecting for Good Mental Health, introduces managers to tools and techniques that can help them support their teams to adapt and respond effectively to challenging situations. This course can be adapted for those in non-management roles.
